A man and his wife have been nabbed for allegedly strangling a man to death in Nyawita, Siaya County. The deceased identified as Samuel Okoth, was killed after a fierce fight ensued between him and the duo over land boundary. It is alleged that the 3 acre pierce of land has been under dispute with the two suspects blaming Okoth for extending the boundary. The two on Friday morning confronted the deceased on the wee hours of morning. After being subdued by the Okoth, the pair withdrew a kitchen knife and stabbed him to death in a struggle. His body was found lying in a pool of blood by first responders at the scene. The two suspects tried to escape the scene but were blocked by irate members of the public who nabbed them and frogmarched them to police station.
