I'm not an IT enthusiast. But my thinking was that those digital hubs being built were to teach youths mambo ya programming, AI, making apps, cyber security etc.

But from what this guy is saying, I can tell these hubs are just a joke. I thought the idea was Kenya to be a tech hub regionally.

Alafu why are they wearing lab coats? Ama it's to make them look serious.

I would be very interested to know what was the initial budget proposal for the hardware equipment sana sana..... What was actually appraised and what's actually there at the moment.

Specifications etc etc...

the specifications are compiled by a team without technical knowledge.They just copy and paste specifications unaona mtu amekwambia you supply a PS/2 mouse.
Speaking of switch , even at home i have setup with gigabit LAN bwana .Every few days i shuffle some backup totalling to 17 GB .
