Me I really get irritated by these baseless, useless conspiracy theories. Mnapatanga orgasm au nini? In Ndeiya we didn't have power for 30 hours because of a a failed cable. Was that state planned too?

From my estimates, at any one time, there is always hundreds of thousands of people without power, distributed in small pockets around the country. We never get to hear about these because every small part assumes they are the only ones affected. Power outages should be considered normal in this country, and we should be thankful because we have fewer outages than Nigeria and Congo.
