MaDVD Earthquake: The Aftermath

I wear my eye glasses on a daily basis. It's a disability which i have to live with. This morning, I just found out that KRA wants to tax 16% VAT on eye glasses! As in, what in the actual hell is wrong with Yatani and that boss of his called Uhuru?

In other jurisdictions, governments don't tax disability, they actually give rebates. Is eye glasses not classified as medical items?

The rate at which this government is moving with...it will start taxing the dead for being buried….

Alafu uskie mtu akisema atafuata nyayo za Uhuru!

I have noted that medicines too are being levied VAT when did this change thought they were zero rated

Kihii(uhii) has been used in politics to derogaratively refer to communities that don't circumsice boys especially the Luos. It stereotypes those communities as culturally inferior and even unclean. Unsurprisingly, the same yardstick is not applied on foreigners especially people of European descent who also don't practice male circusicion but are viewed as culturally superior.

I can guess that the rate of usage of these offensive terms by any individual is inversely to the quality of stuff between their ears. (No @Guka, no insulting Bonobos today!) 😁
Words change meanings and usage. You have just used a definition of the 60s to terms whose meanings have undergone much transformation.

I quoted usage from Mr. Ngima. Review their latest usage of that word. You will notice some more empty debes along the way.
