The "Squad" has landed in Murang'a County.

TIME: 5pm, Wednesday Jan 30

A swarm of locusts were sighted making their grand entry the area between Makutano in Kirinyaga County and along the River Sagana valley near Ha Thamaki.

The insects then overflew Mirira, Gikuu, Muthigirir, Kambirwa, Kongoini, Kambwe and Mumbi villages and arrived in Mukuyu town all in Kiharu at around 7.30 p.m. then spotted heading towards Mugoiri in Kiharu.
Nairobi get ready.

Those crazy bugs have been to Pakistan and Iran before. They choose another route. Very resilient. Guys from western are drooling in waiting. They claim it will be food. Right now it seems there are two or more swarms.
