What other proof does one provide that they exist and actually deserve the help? In any case does a tax evading company come forth to seek assistance?

That's the problem. And it will see a number of distressed businesses left out and eventually struggle to survive.
 
Siku hizi Itax ina analyse fine details .I invoiced a client in February and filed returns early March .But the client never filed the same invoice in the month of February ,most probably did it in march returns .Now KRA sent me an email indicating the purchaser didn't declare and I am wondering why are they contacting me and I paid in the tax to their account .

I believe that is VAA. Hata difference ya 1 shilling system is able to bring out error message.
