Why are all evils and misdeeds blamed on bhang?

Your 18 year old son starts being unruly, you accuse bangi.

At the shopping centre, someone seems to have lost his marbles, the women whisper that ni bangi.

There are numerous times bhang is blamed unfairly.

Let's be fair going forward.

Colonial conditioning. Bangi prevented people from falling sick, and thus people didn't need medical services. Weed had to be demonised to stop people from using it as medicine so when people fall sick, they can run to a health centre.

Remember, colonies were meant to be financial/business outposts. Africans were the commodity that was to generate money for the wazungus as they ferk each other in happy valley and laikipia

I sincerely believe that if it was fangi that múthúngú brought to Africa,tobacco would be the illegal product.
