E.g I make products like kiondo bags in my home garage while operating registered as a 'business name' . Some of the products i sell locally some you export.

Now, for the local sales, the mode of sales is to identify an existing shop in one of the malls, get into a marketing agreement with the owner, then simply hand over the items to them at no cost via an itemised delivery note.

They would sell the items and deduct an agreed % commision and forward the balance to my mpesa till No.

Now, where can I get or who knows of a commercial lawyer that can help me craft this marketing agreement with the shops ?

Asante

If its small scale such a practise will just scare people willing to shelve your product, just get them to sign delivery note and make regular visits. This is if its mostly personal but for companies where you deal with employees you're better off with an agreement.

Its a very simple agreement with about 7 clause's not like those small print 20 page co-operations agreements that require legal assistance just to understand. Alafu I don't want to do business with anybody who is not willing to get into a formal agreement because of the 50% + X rule.
