Intentionally decided to start eating healthier this year. Part of it has been reducing on carb intake and increasing the amount of vegetables I consume.
Not gonna lie, the body is appreciative of the change.
Beneath is a simple meal of chicken gizzards, sukuma (collard greens) na spinach alafu kasembe (cornmeal mush) kiasi.
Baada ya hii, a mug of cold water will do seeing as it's quite hot of late. The meal can also be followed by a fruit instead of processed juices/soda. For fruits, jua pia some can have too much sugars so taking four bananas isn't thaaaat healthy.
