For those of you who have studied or practiced land law, is this a legal ground to evict someone out of a tenancy?

Forgive my ignorance but my law professor was very adamant that a tenancy gives someone all the rights to enjoy the premises and to do all they wish unless they are endangering the property or breaking the law.
Is there any laws being breached here?

Tenancy rights do not include the right to be a nuisance to others.
And the nuisance could be in form of the way one conducts him/herself.
