How deep do boreholes go?if many of them are dug in one area, say 15 of them in 3square km, will a "fault line" be created?will the houses built there be on shaky foundation? And will the buildings collapse in case of weak tremors or something heavy shaking the ground?

This is the same line or argument, that anti fracking proponents have been bringing forward, and are attributed it to the recent surge of earthquake in Texas and Oklahoma.

Depth varies from place to place kuna mwenye akichimba within 100m amepata n kuna wengine wataendela past iyo 100...mkichimba very many boreholes ka ii yetu in the long run soil integrity will be compromised

Good questions, wrong country, we don't have planning or even a hint of law that is followed in regard to this issue.
Hata simple things like zoning cannot be adhered to, everyone builds whatever slum version of their dream they want to...

Very good question, the estate I live in off Ngong rd, huku I can count atleast 7 boreholes in a roughly 5km radius, and everybody bores a deep one than the neighbour, we have a 40ft well that has dried up

This is Africa and mediocrity is our business. Don't worry about anything. Just dig your borehole if you want to do it
