Nope, if you check close it's ministry officials that allowed them to invest in investments that are liquid in nature....Kussco portrayed itself as such. If the same shit bedevils CIC the damage will be worse off ...it has a larger pool of funds than Kussco from societies.

It still does not absolve them if they invested without proper due diligence, a simple search could have showed issues, especially if they invested after the very first rumours started
