Most of these people financed Jubilee. The Jubilee juggernaut was built by Ruto. Uhuru was just a passenger letting his deputy do the heavy lifting. The moment Ruto was edged out and he started building UDA, many of these people who financed Jubilee followed him and that is when they started getting tax demands, getting arrested and being ran out of the country.
