Just another PR exercise to stop people from asking questions. Same way you see traffic police officers hauled to court by fellow corrupt anti-corruption officers for taking bribes. KRA would lose close to half its staff if they went about such exercises with total honesty.

Without people doing time in jail the cycle of stealing public money won't end any time soon,,,in future they will steal and hide it in offshore accounts to prevent asset recovery.
