The entire Kenya Kwisha from the president to the bottom of the barrel MCA is a pathetic lot. There's no need to wait pre or post finance bill to tell us the obvious. Two years in office and there's absolutely ZERO to show for.

I disagree vehemently. There's a lot more to show. More promises, more debt, more hope for the people and more taxes.
