It sounds ridiculous but it since the outbreak of this virus, alot of people who have made a full recovery have talked about going on a hard liquor drinking spree and they shook it off.
I wouldn't discount anything that might be the only remedy when hospitals get overwhelmed. And they will get overwhelmed!

Kulikuwana ingine ilikuwa inaitwa Munyiri they used also bottled nicely. They claimed the contents were sugarcane and honey (very doubtful). I dont know if it still exist

it had other illegal additives but tasted just like muratina, ilimalizwa sasa kuna Vienna wine
