I have noticed this trend of guys advising each other to open their companies overseas and only make the Kenyan one a subsidiary because of how punitive it is to do business in Kenya

If this, becomes a trend then how are we going to pay all these Trillions of debt that Uhuru borrowed? or uhuru is blind and out of touch with reality

Anyway to the experts, please educate us the pros and cons

Kenyan tax is really punitive. Kumbuka ule jamaa wa cement/Lamborghini, ilibidi achukue UG registration juu tax ya huku nilikuwa almost 50% of the cost of the car.

I think KRA wameshindwa kufikiria,if they lower the tax rates more people would be willing to pay and avoid all the hustle of having companies in different jurisdictions. Instead hao wanataka kumaliza mkenya na high taxes that usually end up in some idiots pockets
