90% of the sleeping sheep in Kenya do not understand this story.

The remaing 9.5% don't care because they think that they will benefit personally like Mũrathe, Raila, James Bond, tenderpreneurs, etc.

Only 0.5% understand and care, but that is too little to stop the thievery.

Mũmbi is a powerhouse.

Do you seriously believe that we cant afford to build that road without loans?
we could use local stones like the Romans did thousands of years ago, roads which exist to date!
We could also use cement which is widely available and boost local cement production thus increasing jobs locally and saving the forex used to import bitumen.
The problem is that we dont think hard enough about solutions!!

ni kazi hawataki kufanya, it is easier they take a loan, calculate 10% and give the rest to the contractor to figure it out
