Actually si ati naiba, at one point the meter was faulty. Ilikua inazunguka when everything was switched off including the main switch. Hata KPLC wakienda na fuse for untimely settlement of bills vile wamezoea washenzi the damn thing was still rotating pole pole. Three very expensive electricians came for diagnosis of the problem and all of them pointed to the meter. Took more than a year and a half for KPLC to send technicians to rectify the fault. Hata kama ni wewe.....
