In the excersice, Kenya Power said NYS officers will be on the lookout for irregularities in electricity connections, such as cases of meter tampering and illegal connections. To avoid impersonation, however, Kenya Power has notified members of the public that NYS members in the exercise must be in uniform, and have their national ID to for identification.

We don't care!!! We will release tusker the @Mongrel on them

Seems like old news.
Kwangu walikuja last month.
Two clueless bonobos who didn't even know what to look for beyond using their phones.
Actually what they were doing was meter mapping. Hayo mambo ya meter tampering na illegal connections sijui yalitokea wapi.

It is old news because they started and then the KPLC workers' Union went to court to block and they had a temporary injunction.
