Keeping Africa Poor

The most painful part of all this is that the vast majority of Africans actually believe that the Africa poverty situation is entirely due to African "bonoboisim". This kinds beliefs serve as a basis of there inferiority complexes.

Even here on klist, any suggestion of the collective west secretly acting to keep Africa poor is met with accusations of "bonobo blame shifting", "bonobo failure to take responsibility" etc.
