Hot courses depend with the qualifications, but medicine should be at the top where one can not kosa kibarua. All the others kupata kibarua ni pata potea, but the top guys even at uni get offers from akina pwc and the likes, so as long as one keeps good grades and some networks hapa na pale should be good.
But my advice would be to go for maths and computer science, very nice prospects for the foreseeable future in matters AI and data science.
