Kenya is ranked 146th out of 193 with an index of 0.601.
Vietnam has an area of 331.518 sq kms of largely mountainous country which is about 57 pc of Kenya's size but supporting double the population.
The meticulousness with which they have tended their agricultural lands, terracing mountains and utilizing wetlands to produce surplus food over millennia, is a lesson in resilience.
