What is the probable cause?

If it's cutting corners, how does such a huge building get to that point considering the money involved....? When do checks, scrutiny, quality checks happen as the buildings comes up....

From engineers, supervisors, watu wa mikono, wenye walitengeneza Bqs etc etc?

Every construction site should have very serious cameras. So that there are no mistakes. Especially when it's a large construction site.... And an offline backup for footage.
