No it can't but as she says in her own words, it will give her closure. She was awarded almost 3M by that court in her case against waiguru even after losing in the Kenyan court system. Don't know if she was ever sorted.she needs to learn to accept and move on.
 
Her afflictions have many sufferers, how did we fail? Despite the support by dip state?

Martha is undergoing proper grief
After more than 10 years in the cold and loosing relevance even in her own backyard, she had put everything including a full wardrobe of vitenge and make up kits, (but brought nothing, except Boni Mwangi) to assmeow.
