NHIF was already functioning decently. Better even than healthcare in some developed nations. Only needed to seal some loopholes on leaking funds and prompt payments.
Then they came along killed it, and two years later bado ni tutafanya, tumetenga, tumebadilisha, rebrand, rebrand, rebrand again meanwhile there is loss of lives and people are suffering.
The only way to describe it is evil. When they get sick, they can afford to fly abroad for treatment. Why spoil a system that was working for mwananchi?
