I know the gentleman whose the brainchild behind the entire project, from conception, project proposal, to funding. He once said that once he’s done setting it up he’ll retire and say that was his gift to the people and the highlight of his career as an agricultural officer. They are also very inefficient which isn't good for longetivity, plus without an owner keen on making profits, building a brand and growing their wealth there is very little motivation to steer the ship in the right direction which fuels corruption.

Actually they were doing pulping, and storing the pulp, also called puree, which they previously sold to other manufacturers. They were now to start converting the pulp into ready to drink juice.
