All communities in Kenya have at one point or another been singled out for a cultural aspect which was out of step with the times.
Kikuyu made an error of judgement this time round. We were lied to among others that there would be no more borrowing, cost of living would come down, there will be dams in every constituency, no tax increases, 6 stadia in 6 months etc.
We foolishly believed the lies, which other communities could already discern, and voted for the worst regime ever.
That being the case, why shouldn’t this be pointed out? Other tribes don’t complain when shown their misdemeanours.
