Good Sir, you're letting down critical thinkers.... Let me tell you how this gavament scam is played. They identify a dirt road that hasn't been tendered and they use this as a set, next they borrow excavators from the bypass to act as props, next the actors like Kimunya, Pauline etc come and promise non existent money and threaten to take it away if they don't tow gavament line. But the people are brave to see through gavament charades and scripts and go ahead and call out their BS. And are more than happy to tell the gavament bye as they carry away their props, no loss suffered. Are you now able to comprehend the poor acting by gavament?
