I am sure hata huko turnout is important, such issues might not make those who wanted to vote for Biden switch camp, but they might not be motivated to turn up.

Yeah, but this is a case of choosing between two evils. Biden is the lesser evil. Trump is rapidly ruining his chances with independent voters -- who tend to be well-educated and rational -- with his moronic handling of the coronavirus issue.
