We don't need more loans. One runway is enough for jkia for now. If there is a problem at jkia, planes can divert to Mombasa, kisumu or eld which are also international airports.

Those are small brain talks. In aviation diverting a flight to the nearest apt is not a praise to the airport receiving diverted flights.
Flights are diverted for many reasons that even having two runways won't make a difference.
