Naivasha tycoon Jimmy Kihonge whose building in downtown CBD once collapsed killing dozens due to substandard engineering, passed away last night due to Covid at the Nairobi Hospital.

After the collapse of that building, he ran to Juba and constructed a big office block near the airport. Since 2014 that building hasn't had any tenants.
