Hiyo pesa ni ngapi itaenda Siaya ? Ndiyo waongeze 5 more isolation unit beds halafu Governor Rasanga akule millions shillings in kick backs.

I can't find the twitter handle but someone made allegations yesterday how the took foreign investors to upgrade the Siaya County hospital but Rasanga stopped the initiative because he wanted kickbacks out front.
