Over and above NYS buses there are thousands of government institutions that own 33 seater and 55 seater buses which arent in use right now with government institutions closed, they should deploy those in populous routes like Githurai, with the shortage bridged guys will be out of the city well before 7PM.

They have to revise the start time in Mombasa by atleast 3 hours, it is clear GoK cannot ferry the multitude over there in time for the 7PM curfew.
