After 17:15hrs today on Tom Mboya Kuna mathrees zilikua Zina fanya U turn, na ma Street rotation as if it's a time to rejoice...kuna makarau walikua area(traffic) but.. It was Okey...after all anyone who wanted to go home in any apparent direction..., the minimum fare was 200. So queuing was disregarded and any other chaos that can present itself at times like those.

Your thought has too many elements to enforce. Where would you get the manpower to do that. As I write every member of the disciplined forces has been committed to some duty, just to ensure criminals don't take advantage.

Provide transportation using the nys busses....fhese should also contaim disinfectant
