Shait it's hurting the small scale farmers

thought this only applied to large scale farmers? Even small scale farmers should adhere to this law. How then are we to move forward if such laws exist.

It's nothing to do with the regulations. It's seasonality.
There's a time a 110kg bag goes upwards of 6k
