The tenants (12) in total all requested a refund of their deposit since none was willing to pay such an exorbitant amount. They all vacated after the refund, eight months down the line, even after reduction in the rent, no one is willing to rent the premises.

A market research could have helped the "know it all youngins" from making such a rookie mistake, their premises walls are used as urinals for the passing drunks.

That is just a microcosm of the horrible business decisions people make, the fixation people have with real estate is an example of another, watu wamesoma yes but they need some training on how to run a business
