Kabura literraly confessed to stealing and carrying money in gunias, and she is still walking? Now they are determining that she has a case to answer....maisha ta serikali ni tamu sana
 
On the Lamu case: why not train and arm the Kenya police reservists, who are members of the community? This has worked Elsewhere, especially in the Kerio valley, bandits attacks are deterred by the reservists, with bandits being killed and injured. Terrorists will think twice before attacking people who will kill and injure them, as it is now, the people of Lamu are a soft target for the Islamist/forceful eviction proponents.
