@upepo @Riva gavament now wants to withhold salary from the brave, against a vaccine they said is voluntary? Please tell me how that will hold up in court? Or it'll be made mandatory now for job applicants to include vaccination certificate like they do with good conduct?

Ngima, companies, institutions and govts all over the world have been putting vaccine mandate from long time ago. For example, all Heath workers pale US must be vaccinated against flu...na ka si hivyo unatembea kubwa kubwa. Your rights to be brave stops where someone else right to be protected begins

At will employment.

For those that do not want to comply can keep stepping and look for employment elsewhere where it is not required.

And those above 50 wazees they encouraged to work from home? Are they also needed to be vaccinated? Or they aren't coming into the office so it's fine?
