Judge Mumbi Ngugi is fighting a lone battle.I am glad whenever I hear of corruption money and property being recovered.
Yeye na madvd are so uninspiring when they speak. Not that I even have any expectations. Kwanza gideon sounds like he doesn't believe in anything he says. Classic tell tale signs of someone who has been forced into politics.Na Man Gidi Je?
bado ako na dreams za hii kiti
She was transferred to the Kisumu high court or is it appeal court?Judge Mumbi Ngugi is fighting a lone battle.
gani?
ata mimi sina
We are still far from successfully fighting corruption.. seizure of looted funds and property alone cannot fully eradicate corruption..It should be followed by lengthy jail terms.. People will continue to steal as long as they are guaranteed no jail term, I mean what's the worst that can happen if you steal and half of the loot is seized, you still get to the rest of it or you can hide it in offshore account.. so it should be, seize and criminal prosecute.I am glad whenever I hear of corruption money and property being recovered.
If we do it often enough soon the thieves will begin to see the futility of theft and more whistleblowers will be motivated to disclose. I agree long jail terms should follow seizures.seizure of looted funds and property alone cannot fully eradicate corruption..It should be followed by lengthy jail terms..
If we had just 20 of such judges things would be very different in Kenya. But kazi ni ku-entertain injunctions and political cases against the gavament. Look at the BBI cases, heard, decided and appealed in less than four months.Judge Mumbi Ngugi is fighting a lone battle.
Have you looked at a map?this is not in the headline, lakini naomba information, can someone get in and out of Kitale with the covid restrictions that were put in place sometime back on the western region.
On June 17, the Government of Kenya announced further restrictions in response to the worsening of the COVID-19 pandemic. Restrictions are focused on 13 counties declared “hotspot zone” – specifically Busia, Vihiga, Kisii, Nyamira, Kakamega, Trans Nzoia, Bungoma, Kericho, Bomet, Siaya, Kisumu, Homa Bay and Migori.lakini naomba information, can someone get in and out of Kitale with the covid restrictions
