You said his hands are tied.

That's a strawman argument right there sir. Let me explain.

My Argument

President Uhuru's hands are tied as far as criminal prosecution and conviction of corruption suspects is concerned. However, he has failed to use administrative sanctions to fight corruption.

@Okiya Strawman

@bigDog condones corruption because he says that the president hands are tied.

@Okiya, kuja class kidogo.

The straw man is a fallacy in which an opponent's argument is overstated or misrepresented in order to be more easily attacked or refuted. The technique often takes quotes out of context or, more often, incorrectly paraphrases or summarizes an opponent's position. Then after "defeating" the position, the attacker claims to have beaten the real thing.

This read is too complicated for incoming MCA. And I believe majority of Kenyans.

If Miguna can be prevented from returning to his home country despite the courts saying akuje, how come the hands are now tied when it's about fighting corruption?

This guy I voted for him with all my heart in 2013. He had the best manifesto. He was to be the Lee Yuan of Kenya. But in 2015 I started noticing red flags.

Incoming MCA, you are a master of rhetoric! Look at how casually you threw me a red herring! You sir is not a simple MCA... you know your books.
