looks good but what I don't like about insurance guys in ke, is they don't disclose everything, ukiwa admitted ndo unajua there are sublimits in your cover, you've signed up for 3m cover, but ndani kila ugonjwa iko na limit, bill ikikuja they only pay your sublimit leaving you to clear the rest.

That's kinda true and the most annoying ones are the ones with co-pay and don't disclose it. But pia Kenyans wako na ukora mob leading to fraud even in the medical field so it becomes a challenge where trust isn't involved.

I am not advertising them but four years with Madie and I don't regret it. They've always come thru

There's many challenges in healthcare financing locally. From experience, local health insurance companies are themselves partly to blame for the high costs.
