We honestly need to start implementing the hanging Act. Some of these crimes are so out there their perpetrators need to be hanged............................

It is tragic that people continue to lose their lives needlessly on the roads. What makes it even sadder is the fact that Kenyans seems to view these accidents as inevitable. They also, like in your statements above, analyse cases wrongly and in a very subjective way.

In this particular case, both the tractor driver and the car driver should have a case to answer for their respective contributions to this accident.
You see, in the normal course of driving, a reasonable driver is expected to exercise due care and attention. This means amongst other considerations, you don’t speed blindly when you don’t have a clear view or know what is ahead, which would seem the mistake the car driver did. Of course and needless to say, the tractor driver was negligent in abandoning the tractor on the road without the appropriate precautions.
