Through parliament yes. Lakini in a referendum kwa ground, watakipata. The loss will be worse than the 2005 one

If the Judiciary is to dispense with corruption cases as fast as the President would like then he must channel adequate resources to there, better yet he should have a sit-down with the CJ and chart a way forward, that is what I would do and I bet it would work like a charm.

I think we have as powerful a President as we need.

So hapa iko kupimana tukojozi? Why doesn't maraga just do his work? If he had done five of ten cases we would understand but saa hii how much has he done with what he has?

How has he developed cold feet yet in reality, this document is favouring both of them together with Raila.

How does he do his work with a budget that isn't enough to meet expectations or laws with plenty of loopholes for clever lawyers to keep matters in Courts forever?

The President as the Head of State has got to be able to help the Judiciary deliver, as the peoples representative he owes it to Kenyans.

Another President will do it and it will not take mutilating the Constitution to deliver justice on time.

Kwa ground it stands no chance, Coast and Northern Kenya will reject it on account of a proposal which effectively grounds one man-one vote-one shilling in the Constitution, that alone will force those regions to reject it.

The bigger issue is that there is no motivation to go out and vote YES which gives the NO team the impetus.

The same Minister whose son flaunts COVID regulations? The same Minister who cannot find fault in his boss holding rallies? The same Minister who was calling the KEMSA CEO with instructions on who to issue tenders to?
