Signature nazo? Plus how do they know who is a registered voter and who isn't? Hakuna shortcut hapa, they must collect signatures from the people directly

hiyo referendum unless they massively steal, haitapita, very selfish guys, sahi students are dying yet they've not seen to equip all local hospitals well,kazi ni kupanga tu vile watabebwa na choppers.
