but...2010 constitution gave some officers security of tenure to check presidential excesses, is it that they were too afraid to speak , complicit to ensure excesses or they're now feigning innocence?
Ideally as per constitution parliament is independent but you see the mps in the previous parliament were just playing along to executive tune, even now signs are there parliament won't play it's oversight role well.
