Ideally the area kama huku Murera ndio ideal kujenga since the land is not very productive .But unapata due to lack of good roads people are opting buy plots place kuna red soil kama Tatu city and whole of what used to be Socfinaf Coffee.
Enda hata hiyo njia ya Gatanga the likes of Thika Greens and many others on farmland .

That was December last year .The water level imerudi chini this time round . Hope haita oshwa its the one and only allowing us to access Eastern Bypass otherwise we would have to drive almost 14m to go Kamakis / Quickmart compared to the current 5.8Km
