Am watching the interviews for the vacant IEBC commissioners and am wondering why would anyone want this job?
Majority of those who apply are already well to do with distinguished careers already why would you want to add stress in your life no matter how much money legal or otherwise you’ll get?!
People needs to realize that money is not everything (I know it’s a poor people’s proverb) lakini we all know that hiyo job ile stress utapata next year will probably take a toll on most of them physically,emotionally,mentally etc etc.
Just not worth it in my opinion.

there are genuine people who would actually even work for free for their country...the problem comes when the major power players push in their pawns

Judging from machinations we have observed so far, Jayden and Joshua will be bribing the new IEBC without measure. Have you ever met a Kenyan politician or senior civil-servant who said that they had eaten enough?

It's not a job for emotianal people who succumb quickly to pressure. I believe the questions sometimes are meant to measure how calm an individual is. If you're a practical person ni kazi ya basic mathematics.

That is why sometimes they include some rather personal question to see if you are the type of person who can easily be intimidated.
