Hack how? If you mean guessing a simple passowrd or social engineering to get into the account by answering those security questions about what your dog is called, or what your mother's middle name is, then sure. But you would still need to be the familiar with the owner of the account to even to begin to answer these questions!
Otherwise i think you believe hacking is just hitting many keys on the keyboard in rapid succession and then saying "Im in!"

One thing about such temporary accounts is that they throw caution to the wind as regards security.
And FYI, hacking a Gmail account is as easy as abc

Your age is really showing, given it's an external e mail, probably sent from off site, there is no way to tell who sent it, besides, any intelligent HR would not seek to be vindictive but rather make the right noises about looking into those concerns, encouraging people to pass by his/her office and discuss,use right channels bla bla bla.
