One thing I've learnt in this season is that Kenyan scientists and researchers are most incapable. Their voice hasn't been heard at all even in this thing that has occupied the national psyche so much.

You need to learn that Uganda and Rwanda are less democratic than Kenya where you can run your mouth without major consequences. I don't think Uganda is doing any better, just that they aren't forthcoming with their data. Uganda and Rwanda are busy ostriching and you should take their low numbers with a whole sack of salt.
